  • The timeframe for starting a project typically ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months after receiving a deposit. The exact timing depends on the size and nature of the project, as well as the availability of specific trades.

  • Bathroom renovations can take up to 3 months to schedule in, considering the various trades involved and their availability. We strive to accommodate our clients' timelines while ensuring quality workmanship.

  • Bendigo Property Maintenance will usually quote to supply and install all materials, however the customer needs to select their own choices, and then let us know so we can purchase them. For tile selections, we recommend National Tiles, and for plumbing fixtures, we suggest Benton’s Plumbing Supplies. These suppliers offer a wide range of high-quality materials to suit your project needs. Alternatively, if you are purchasing all the materials yourself and we are only installing them, you can purchase your materials from wherever you’d like.

  • We will proactively contact you to schedule works once your deposit is received. However, if you haven't heard from us and would like to follow up, feel free to give us a call. We're committed to keeping you informed throughout the process.
